Start with the customer journey
Walk the space from the entrance to the point of purchase. Note where customers first look, where they pause and where staff need to explain or demonstrate an offer.
Give each display one job
An entrance flag may attract attention, a banner may explain the campaign and a counter may create an interaction point. Avoid asking one small display to carry every message.
Protect access and sightlines
Confirm doors, aisles, shelving, tills, emergency routes and accessible circulation before choosing the footprint. The display should strengthen the space without obstructing it.
Design for campaign changes
Where possible, choose reusable hardware with replaceable graphics. This lets the physical system remain in place while seasonal or promotional messages change.
Brief with measurements and photographs
Supply overall dimensions, ceiling height, viewing distance, installation limits and clear photographs. These details make recommendations and artwork proportions more reliable.
